You may request a return if:

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Note: Certain items such as underwear, clearance items, and personalized products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective.

Once approved, send the item back to the return address provided in our response.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
